By downloading, installing, or using Einstein AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

2. Description of Service

Einstein AI is a productivity application that uses artificial intelligence to enhance note-taking through:

• Audio recording and transcription
• PDF document processing and OCR
• AI-powered summaries, quizzes, and flashcards
• Multi-language support and translation
• Interactive AI chat features
• Organization and search capabilities

The App offers both free and premium features through a subscription model.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

No account registration is required for basic app functionality. Premium features require a subscription through the Apple App Store. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and app data
• All activities that occur under your subscription
• Ensuring you meet the minimum age requirement (13 years old)

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Einstein AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• Share or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to process confidential information of others without permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Einstein AI offers the following subscription options:

• Free Version: Limited to 2 notes with basic features
• Premium Subscription: Unlimited notes with full AI features

Subscription Details:

• All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Subscription features are available only while subscription is active

6. Intellectual Property

The Einstein AI app, including its design, functionality, and code, is owned by Alakuntla Naresh and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal content (notes, recordings, documents) created within the App.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• How we collect, use, and protect your information
• Your rights regarding your personal data
• Our use of third-party services (OpenAI, Mistral, RevenueCat)
• Local storage of your notes and content

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Einstein AI is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated content, transcriptions, or translations
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• Permanent availability of third-party AI services

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Alakuntla Naresh be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. AI Services and Content

Einstein AI uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Mistral) for processing your content. Please note:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party AI services
• AI processing may be subject to rate limits or service interruptions

10. Termination

You may stop using Einstein AI at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to premium features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will lose access to premium features
• Local data on your device will remain unless you delete the App

11. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through:

• In-app notifications
• App Store update descriptions
• Updated terms posted in the App

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alakuntla Naresh regarding the use of Einstein AI. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
