Einstein AI supports transcription in over 50 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and many more. The app automatically detects the language being spoken.
Yes, your notes and personal content are stored locally on your device. We use encrypted connections for AI processing and don't permanently store your content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
For audio: MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, WEBM up to 25MB. For documents: PDF files with OCR text extraction capabilities.
We use OpenAI's Whisper technology, which provides high accuracy transcription. However, accuracy may vary based on audio quality, background noise, and speaking clarity.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Premium subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.
